To ensure a smooth and successful publishing process, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Timelines and Deadlines
  • Submission Timeline: Clients must submit all materials (manuscripts, edits, images, etc.) no later than 6 weeks before the agreed delivery date. Late submissions may result in delays.
  • Approval Deadlines: Feedback on drafts, designs, and samples must be provided within 48 hours of receiving them to avoid production delays.
  • Rush Orders: Projects requiring a timeline shorter than 6 weeks will incur a rush fee and may have limited revision opportunities.
2. Payment Terms
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before final printing or publication. Delayed payments will delay the project.
  • Late Payment Fees: Payments not received by the due date will incur a 5% late fee per week.
3. Revisions and Approvals
  • Number of Revisions: Each project includes two rounds of revisions for editing and layout design. Additional revisions will attract an extra fee.
  • Final Approval: Once a sample is approved, no further changes can be made without additional costs.
4. Sample Requests
  • Sample Turnaround: Samples require 2-3 business days to prepare. Clients requesting samples must account for this timeline in their project schedule.
  • Sample Approval: Samples are for review purposes only. Final production timelines begin once samples are approved.
5. Communication and Availability
  • Project Updates: All communication regarding the project must go through our designated team member to ensure clarity and avoid miscommunication.
  • Response Time: Clients must respond promptly to requests for feedback or clarification. Delays in responses may result in project delays.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel their project within 7 days of signing the agreement. However, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the project has entered the design or production stage.
7. Book Printing and Delivery
  • Printing Timeline: Printing requires 7-10 business days after final approval. Rush printing options are available at an extra cost.
  • Delivery: Clients are responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers. We recommend confirming delivery dates well in advance of events.
8. Legal and Copyright Matters
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure all content provided (text, images, etc.) is original or legally owned. We are not liable for copyright violations.
  • Copyright Transfer: Upon full payment, the copyright of the book belongs to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Additional Services
  • Custom Requests: Additional requests outside the agreed package (e.g., special designs, extra copies, promotional materials) will attract separate charges.
  • Marketing Support: If marketing services are requested, these will require a separate agreement and payment plan.
10. Mutual Respect
  • Professionalism: We are committed to providing excellent service and expect clients to communicate respectfully and adhere to agreed timelines.
